Moving forward to scene 4 of the 1/48 Trumpeter C-47 conversion to the R4D-5.

This week I worked on the port side fuselage. This required one of the windows removed and the control panel modified to fit in between the ribs. With the ribs and spars added I did a dry fit of the interior to the fuselage. There are a few areas that require sanding and shaping to eliminate a huge gap in the fuselage. The gap is on the upper part of the fuselage just behind the cockpit. See the build log for which areas need attention in order to get the interior to fit in the fuselage.
