For the fifth and final week of this build I detailed the display base to replicate a typical Pacific island air field. The aircraft was then mounted and a custom engraved nameplate was added as the final step of this build. Overall the kit was a nice build. The Scene-A-rama diorama kit worked out great. While I do not typically build the smaller aircraft in 1/72 scale this was an enjoyable build. Thank you for following along with this build. Happy modeling!

NEXT UP – It’s a bird, It’s a plane, It’s another Egg Plane! This one is not your average plastic kit. This is a full resin kit of an A-10! I will be building the “Chilled Toons” resin egg plane nicknamed “BRRRT”. This is another commission work. Back in November of 2020 I build a 1/48 A-10 for a client. He now wants the A-10 egg plane to have the same scheme. So I will be taking the decal set I made back then and adjusting them to fit the egg plane. Stay “tooned” to see how a resin egg plane goes together! Happy Modeling!
