This week I was able to install the cockpit and assemble the fuselage. I then detailed and installed all the landing gear. I started on the main wing assembly and getting ready to detail the wing bay on top and then start painting the fuselage. So far this has been a nice kit except for the placement of injection marks on the upper wing leading edge slats. For details and photos head over to my build log at 1/48 F-8E Crusader from VF-111
