The second week of the 1/48 Revell/Monogram AV-8B build was spent scratch building the modifications to the fuselage and assembling jet nozzles, landing gear, wings, and other fuselage details. I am hoping to finish off the mods and fuselage assembly so I can start on the painting.

As for last weekend, my Wife and I spent a relaxing weekend at a friend’s camp in the upper Michigan area celebrating 30 years of marriage. It was filled with beautiful sunsets, nice weather, campfire evenings, sunset cruising on a boat, and some excellent fishing. It was a much needed rest for us.
