First, I hope everyone who celebrates Thanksgiving had a happy and safe holiday. As for the third week of this build I was able to get the base coat of paint on the aircraft and was able to apply the numerous decals on the scheme I am doing. There was some experimenting with the grey/blue color of the scheme as well as some changes to the load-out. I did not use the Mica Missiles as I was informed they were never used on the “C” and I did not use the drop tanks. You can read the full details in my build log. I am now working on the rest of the small details like the refueling probe, HUD, detailing and installing the landing gear, and the detail painting on the aircraft.
