The sixth week I was able to install the landing gear and base coat painted the helicopter. I also worked on the external details like painting and weathering the exhaust, detailing the doors, detailing the hoist and doing a lot of work on the rotors. The rotors had huge sinks in them which required a few layers of putty to fill.
I still need to correct the warp in the rotors as they are warped a lot. Then I can start applying the decals. The next week is a busy week so I do not know if I will finish it by next weekend or the week after but I am getting close to the completion.
