Week four of the 1/48 Great Wall Hobby P-61B – Engines and wings.

Arriving at week four I built up and detailed the R-2800-65W engines. I used Vallejo’s Metal Air series paints and photo etch detail parts to complete the engines. I then assembled and detailed the wings. I am now working on the booms of the aircraft. The main gear bays in the booms have a lot of photo etch details so it will take a lot of time.  You can follow along this build from the start in my build log section at 1/48 P-61B Black Widow – Lady in the Dark
